Hi, I’m Cosmina, a registered Psychologist offering online therapy.

I hold a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and have worked in both public and private sectors for more than a decade, supporting individuals through a wide range of emotional, relational, and life challenges. I am also a Board-Approved Supervisor, providing guidance and mentoring to early-career psychologists.

Outside of my clinical work, I’m passionate about health and fitness, travel, and spending time in nature. You’ll often find me at the beach, at the gym, or with close friends and family.

The principles I value in therapy, balance, connection, and authenticity, are the same ones I strive to embody in my own life.

My Approach

Therapy is a collaborative space where we explore the patterns, experiences, and beliefs that shape how you feel, relate, and move through the world. My approach is eclectic and evidence-based, drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities to meet you exactly where you are.

I work in a way that is warm, compassionate, intuitive, and deeply respectful of your individuality, while remaining grounded in clinical best practice. I believe therapy should feel safe, human, and deeply supportive, allowing you to bring your full self into the room without judgment.

You are welcomed exactly as you are, with your own story, strengths, and lived experience. You do not need to fit into therapy therapy is tailored to fit you.

This is a space for every part of you to be seen without judgment. I celebrate diversity and honour the unique identity, culture, and background each person brings to the room. I hold a core belief that we are all born whole and worthy. Therapy offers a chance to reconnect with who we are at our centre, before the world taught us who we had to be.

I integrate Schema Therapy, EMDR, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support meaningful and lasting change. These approaches help us understand both the “why” behind your patterns and the practical steps needed to shift them.

My focus is on helping you:

  • build emotional awareness

  • strengthen self-worth

  • process past experiences

  • regulate your nervous system

  • and navigate life’s challenges with greater ease, clarity, and confidence

Alongside these core areas, I also support clients with a broad range of presentations including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress and burnout, interpersonal challenges, identity concerns, emotional dysregulation, boundary difficulties, and the impacts of early life experiences.

Above all, I believe that healing happens through connection. The therapeutic relationship is central to the work we do, and I hold that space with warmth, compassion, honesty, and respect.
